My granddaughter is being cared for in the NICU after a traumatic delivery she was transferred there from the hospital where she was delivered.
Words cannot express the wonderful and outstanding care she is receiving
In particular her consultant has been amazing and we could not ask for better.
The experience has been great and very fast. I have to say they are good with their patients and they provide a great service.
Thank you so much.
Good care at Homerton.
Lovely care!! Thank you
I had ACL surgery and Meniscus repair. Before the surgery he thoroughly explained the surgery to me and the different types of grafts used for the surgery and he let me choose. The follow up sessions were excellent and my knee is now better and I am close to returning to my sport.
From the nurses and anaesthetists to the physios and porters the whole staff were professional, friendly and helpful and couldn't have done more to make me comfortable, safe, and informed as to what was happening
I visited a couple of hospitals following my accident and only got the reassurance and care that I needed at Homerton Hospital.
The treatment that I received at Homerton restored my faith in, and appreciation for, the NHS. Booking into my appointment was smooth and efficient, my doctor and all of the nurses that helped me were reassuring, professional and caring.
I felt comfortable that my operation was to take place at Homerton and trusted my surgeon. I will be going straight to Homerton for any future health matters.
I have only had good experiences with Homerton Hospital and I have been to various different departments for different medical issues. Every time I was completely happy with the treatment and outcomes that I received.
Wonderful people work at this hospital. Hospital transport were amazing, especially Nixine. Stuart in the fracture clinic managed to make me smile at every appointment, Yusuf Hossenbaccus is the happiest, most helpful man. I feel very thankful for everyone who helped me, and to the NHS as a whole.
The toilets on my numerous visits have always been unacceptably dirty. The staff at Orthodpaedic reception vary, but mostly very cold. The nurses and consultants have mostly been wonderful but worst of all is the switchboard, and the computer system. I was given a quicker appointment which I desperately needed and never received the letter, then I was sent a letter discharging me because I didn't attend an apointment I had never been told about. Such a waste of resources and time and it was so stressful phoning up to "prove my innocence". No-one believed me until one lovely guy actually tried to help me and could see on the computer that indeed "no letter had been issued" to me regarding my changed appointment. So there improvements to be made.
